Tomato Sandwich recipe
- Toast 2 pieces of your favorite bread in a pan with butter
- Place 2 slices of cheese ( I prefer provolone) on top of bread
- Once cheese is melted remove from pan
- Spread mayonnaise on one slice of bread
- Top with as many sliced tomatoes as you can stand!
- Sprinkle tomatoes with a little salt and pepper
- Top with the other piece of toast
- Cut and Enjoy!
